Christina Leslie Yu is a certified Multi-Disciplinary Guide + Coach, attuned in Usui + Minka Constellations Earth Evolution Reiki, and is based in her native Tongva land — Los Angeles, California. She is currently the Los Angeles Liason for Minka Constellations Brooklyn, founded by Initiated Medicine Woman, Moondancer, + Energy Healing Facilitator, Aki Hirata Quetzalyolotzin. Since the start of 2025, Christina has co-facilitated + co-created a series of intimate community healing events + retreats with Minka + various local Los Angeles healing centers + practitioners. Her vision is to continually build stronger, authentic, regenerative, and sustainable healing/wellness communities + networks globally, focused on the indigenous principles of co-creation, reconnection and honoring of our land, with emphases on cultural reverence, reclamation, liberation + decolonization principles.
Christina specializes in one-on-one Spiritual and Soul Alignment Coaching, customizing transformative sessions + programs for her clients to create a strong foundation to help navigate all aspects of their lives to reach their full potentials. Christina’s passion is to help her clients become fully aligned with their souls’ purpose. She believes that deep healing is a non-linear and multi-modality approach + process — and utilizes energy healing ie. Reiki, ancestral lineage medicine + connection, the usage of indigenous plant medicines, and reconnection to nature to deepen ones’ inner healing journey. As a long time student of Aki Hirata Quetzalyolotzin, Christina’s work celebrates the passing down of traditional lineage medicine practices, deeply rooted in anti-racism, decolonizing oppressive belief systems, focused on co-creating environments where all people can thrive in liberation, safely heal, and activate their highest potentials and brilliance.
Christina received her professional life and career coaching training with the Life Purpose Institute in 2020, and is an active member of the International Coaching Federation Los Angeles chapter. She holds an Usui Reiki I and II certificate from Reiki Master Trainer, Shonne Williams of Universal Light House, + an Earth Evolution Reiki Certification, attuned by the lovely Reiki Godmothers, Aki Hirata Quetzalyolotzin, and Manu Del Prete. Christina also holds a double major Bachelor Of Arts in Apparel Merchandising + Textiles from Cal State University Long Beach + San Francisco State University.
Before becoming a Multi-disciplinary Guide + Coach, Christina spent 15+ years working in the Luxury + Action Sports industry for notable companies like the Boardriders Group, Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent, Dover Street Market + TheRealReal. After experiencing burnout, misalignment, and feeling purposelessness in the workplace, she sought out further education + immersed herself in various deep healing modalities like Acupuncture, Reiki, Meditation, Intuition Development, and Life Coaching to begin reinventing herself. Christina feels passionate about helping her clientele heal and release, transform generational trauma + curses, align them with their true purpose, to create more depth and meaning in their lives. Her ability to meet her clients where they are, giving them practical advice coupled with spiritual, entrepreneurial + creative acumen, have all contributed to the unprecedented results she produces for her coaching clients. Christina also has an extensive background in creative direction, graphic design, event production, sales, and marketing strategy.
Christina currently lives in the historic West Adams district in Los Angeles with her sister, and three cats Baby, Jonny, and Tex. Christina at her core, is a passionate bridge builder + connector, a massive collector of music, an avid researcher and historian, lover of mystical practices, great food/fare, horticulture, the arts, music, literature, film, and travel. She frequents the beach, writes, paints, and plays tennis + the piano in her free time.
