Christina Leslie Yu is a certified Multi-Disciplinary Guide. Life Coach, Intuitive Channel, and Energy Healer, attuned in Usui + Minka Constellations Earth Evolution Reiki. She is currently based in her native Tongva land — born and raised in Los Angeles, California. As a first generation daughter of immigrants, and of the Taiwanese, Mongolian, Chinese, and Korean diaspora, her unique life experiences growing up in America, and 10+ years of research + exploration of her own ancestral lineages, have given her the opportunity to empower her clientele with this medicine.
Since the start of 2025, Christina has been given the honorary pleasure of co-facilitating and co-creating a series of intimate community healing ceremonies, partnering up with various local Los Angeles healing centers + practitioners to bring the lineage medicine of Minka Constellations Brooklyn, founded by Initiated Medicine Woman, Moondancer, + Energy Healing Facilitator, Aki Hirata Quetzalyolotzin to the West Coast. Before becoming a Multi-disciplinary Guide, Christina spent 15+ years working in the Luxury + Action Sports apparel/accessories industry for notable companies — Boardriders Group, Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent, Dover Street Market + TheRealReal. After experiencing corproate burnout, she immersed herself in various deep healing modalities such as Acupuncture, Herbalism + plant medicines, Reiki, meditation, and Life Coaching.
Christina’s passion and specialty is one-on-one Spiritual Soul Alignment Coaching, customizing transformative sessions for her clients to remember their souls’ work on this earth plane. As an intuitive channel and Reiki practitioner, Christina helps her clientele raise energetic frequencies to reach their highest potential. She believes strongly in meeting her clientele where they are, giving them practical advice coupled with spiritual, entrepreneurial, cultural + acumen, which have all contributed to the unprecedented results she produces for her clientele. At the heart of Christina’s practice is soul remembrance, ancestral connection, deeply rooted in anti-racism decolonization + liberation principles — to transform generational traumas, patterns, and cultural conditioning, that keep us stuck in an illusion of separation from one another. Christina’s work also celebrates the passing down of traditional ancestral lineage medicine practices, transforming grief into solidarity. Christina’s long term vision is to continually build stronger, authentic, regenerative, and sustainable global wellness communities + networks, focused on the indigenous principles of co-creation, reconnection and honoring of our land — with emphases on cultural reverence, reclamation, liberation + decolonization principles.
Christina currently is the Los Angeles liason for Minka Constellations Brooklyn, and resides/works in the historic West Adams/Jefferson Park Historic district in Los Angeles. Christina at her core, is a passionate bridge builder + connector, a massive collector of music, avid researcher and historian, lover of mystical practices, great food/fare, horticulture, the arts, music, literature, film, and travel. She frequents the beach, writes, paints, and plays tennis + the piano in her free time.
