My name is Christina Yu, and I am a certified Usui Reiki Practitioner and Transformational Life Coach, who helps, guides, and supports individuals to deeply improve their lives. My passion is to heal, empower, transform, and liberate my clients through multiple healing modalities. When you begin to heal and release, you are able to manifest specific life + professional goals, which ultimately brings empowerment, fulfillment, and freedom. I offer many healing modality services, ranging from Reiki, transformational life coaching, health + wellness coaching, along with personal shopping/styling! I send a detailed Chakra report, along with plant, herb, and essential oil recommendations with every client to transform their “limited” vision of themselves. I believe that Chakra balancing, plants + herbs are medicinal gifts, and heal more than our physical bodies — they help open our hearts, reconnect us with Spirit, and guide us in developing respectful, embodied, and joyful relationships with ourselves and the natural world. My ultimate goal is to help individuals discover the tools they need to transform their lives + move forward, with Reiki, foliage medicine, and other proven methodologies.
